30 Days of Code

An event focusing on tech starters and 1st years

An opportunity to help beginners step into the tech world

Plan:
We’ll invite projects on various tech stacks(aforementioned)
Once projects are finalized
We’ll send our call for mentors. We’re focusing on experienced mentors with a decent knowledge of a particular stack.

Once the program kicks off the participants need to complete the git basics tutorial alongside apply for GitHub Pro Student Pack.

Then participants can interact with the mentors and contribute to one or more project
There’ll be daily tasks that they have to complete and make Pull Requests on the Repository of Projects.
Like learn to contribute and grow

Expected Outcome:
At the end of the event,
Participants will have a decent GitHub profile with some good contributions to open-source projects.
Getting connected to well-experienced mentors and communities.
