How safe are your voice notes in the cloud? Would you prefer an offline machine to transcribe your private voice messages?

As part of his passion project, Alessio has modified Signal Desktop to become an offline transcription tool for his voice messages using the Common Voice Dataset, the community-trained models and Coqui-STT.
