Respond (Play Store Support) Campaign - US, Canada, & Brazil

To coincide with SUMO’s Play Store Support Campaign: https://community.mozilla.org/en/campaigns/play-store-support-campaign/.

As Firefox Preview is progressing to the release version of Firefox for Android, we expect a rise in Google Play Store reviews from users. Fenix is carefully and gradually being rolled out to release users in different countries (https://arewefenixyet.com/).

We will respond to users using the Respond tool located at respond.mozilla.community. Those that have access to moderate replies will also review responses.

Although this is a virtual event, for budget and reimbursement purposes, it is open to those in the U.S., Canada, and Brazil from August 15, 2020, to August 23, 2020

The current online meeting link is the SUMO Community Meeting room. We will update attendees via email or Telegram with an online meeting link at a later time.

This event is hosted by Andrew Truong (feer56), Jhonatas Machado (jhonatasrm), and Noah Y. Please reach out to them if you have any questions.

**Online event details:**
Attendees for the US, Canada, and Brazil will be contacted to find a time that works for all to meet. It will be conducted over Zoom or another platform for 60 to 90 minutes.

During the call, the attendees will discuss commonly arising issues and escalation paths. The hosts will check-in with the participants and identify if they require assistance responding to the questions. Any bugs encountered will also be filed on GitHub (https://github.com/mozilla/m-response).

For the entire duration of the event, all attendees will be added to a Telegram group chat where they can ping the hosts and ask for assistance. The hosts will also check-in daily with participants in the Telegram group to answer questions and resolve issues.
